🌿 Afternoon Reflection – Resting in God's Presence
Not every day begins as we planned. Sometimes, busyness, worries, or tiredness keep us from pausing in the morning to lift our thoughts to God. Yet the beauty of His grace is that it is never too late to draw near to Him.
If your day has been difficult, place it in God's hands. If it has been joyful, give thanks. If there have been tears, trust that He gathers each one with love. If there has been happiness, share it in prayer.
Every moment is a new opportunity to begin again, because God does not look at the clock—He looks at the heart that seeks Him sincerely.
Verse of the Day:
"This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." – Psalm 118:24
Reflection:
There is still time to give thanks, to forgive, to begin again, and to rest in God. The Lord is still walking beside you, sustaining your steps and renewing your strength.
Prayer:
Lord, I place into Your hands everything I have lived through today. Thank You for Your constant presence, Your care, and Your unfailing love. Renew my strength, calm my heart, and help me end this day in peace, trusting that everything is under Your control. Amen.
