Morning Reflection
Just as a fine perfume can be altered by something very small, our words also have the power to transform environments, feelings, and relationships.
Many times, without realizing it, we say things carelessly… and what seems simple can deeply affect someone’s heart.
On the other hand, a word of kindness, support, or understanding can bring peace, restore, and strengthen bonds.
Everything begins within.
What we carry in our hearts will inevitably be reflected in our actions — and especially in our words.
So today is a day to observe, reflect, and choose more wisely what we say.
Teaching for the Day
Before speaking, allow love to pass through your heart.
Words can hurt, but they can also heal — choose to be an instrument of peace, encouragement, and hope.
Prayer
Lord, place wisdom in my words and guard my heart.
Teach me to speak with love, to act with prudence, and to remain silent when necessary.
May my words not bring pain, but instead carry comfort, peace, and hope.
Use my life as a blessing to those I encounter today.
