📖 Holy Week Journey | Holy Wednesday
Holy Wednesday invites us into silence and deep reflection.
It is the day we remember that while Jesus walked in love and surrender, He also faced the pain of betrayal.
Judas, one of the closest to Him, was secretly preparing the act that would change history.
And even so, Jesus did not stop loving… He did not turn away from His mission.
This day teaches us that not all pain comes from distant enemies — sometimes it comes from where we least expect it.
But it also reminds us that true love remains firm, even in the face of disappointment.
🌿 Reflection
How many times have we felt betrayed, forgotten, or hurt by those we trusted?
Holy Wednesday shows us that Jesus experienced this pain too… and chose not to respond with hatred, but with purpose and surrender.
There is a quiet strength in remaining light, even when the heart is wounded.
✨ Teaching
Not every betrayal should harden your heart.
Some come to strengthen your faith and realign you with what truly matters.
Stay true to who you are, even when others fail.
🙏 Prayer
Lord,
on this day of reflection, I place in Your hands every pain I carry in my heart.
Heal the wounds caused by disappointment,
calm my soul in the face of injustice,
and teach me to move forward with dignity and faith.
May I never lose the ability to love,
even when I am hurt,
and may my trust always remain in You above all.
Strengthen my spirit to continue the journey
with courage, wisdom, and peace.
Amen.
