📖 Holy Week Journey
We are living through Semana Santa… a sacred time when heaven feels closer to the soul, and silence speaks louder than words.
📖 Scripture – Gospel of Matthew 26:39
"Not as I will, but as You will."
🌿 Meditation:
Facing the suffering that was to come, Jesus Cristo did not deny His pain — but chose to trust.
Here lies one of the deepest truths of faith: surrender.
We will not always understand what we are going through. There are moments when the path feels heavy, the heart grows anxious, and the mind searches for answers that do not come.
But surrender is not born from understanding — it is born from trust.
Semana Santa invites us into this:
to loosen control… and deepen faith.
to release fear… and embrace God’s will.
Because it is in “not as I will” that true transformation begins within the soul.
🌼 For today:
Notice where you have been resisting.
Perhaps that is exactly where God wants to work in you.
🙏 Prayer:
Lord,
teach me to trust even when I do not understand.
Help me to be still when my soul is restless
and to surrender when everything in me wants control.
May I live this sacred time with sincerity,
allowing Your will to transform me from within.
Amen.
