🌹 Mary's Journey
✨ Mary and the Waiting of Holy Saturday
After the pain of the cross came silence.
Heaven seemed quiet. The promise felt distant. The world carried the weight of sorrow.
Jesus had been laid in the tomb, and for many, it seemed that everything was over.
But in Mary’s heart, even in the deepest pain, faith did not die.
Mary lived through Holy Saturday — the day of waiting, longing, absence, and trust without visible answers.
She no longer had the sound of her Son’s voice, nor the comfort of His physical presence, yet within her soul she held every promise of God.
While the world saw an ending, Mary remained in hope.
Her waiting teaches us that there are moments when God seems silent, but silence never means abandonment.
There are also days when we face our own Saturdays:
days of uncertainty, loss, tears, and unanswered questions.
In those moments, Mary inspires us to remain faithful, even when we do not understand everything.
🌿 Mary’s Teaching:
True faith also knows how to wait.
Holy Saturday reminds us that even when everything seems dark, God is still preparing resurrection.
Mary waited. She trusted. She remained.
And her hope was not in vain.
May we, in the silent days of our lives, learn from Mary to trust God’s timing, because divine love never ends its work in sorrow — it transforms sadness into victory.
🌹 After the silence, the stone is moved.
